Under article 282 the Union or a State may make a grant for any public purpose irrespective of that purpose being outside the legislative jurisdiction of the Union or State concerned . अनुच्छेद 282 के अधीन संघ अथवा राज्य किसी लोक प्रयोजन के लिए अनुदान दे सकता है , भले ही वह प्रयोजन संघ अथवा संबद्ध राज्य की विधायी अधिकारिता से परे हो .
